Professional Conferences
SHPA scholars will attend two professional conferences each year- one Native American (e.g. National Indian Education Association) and one profession specific (e.g. NASP, CEC, ASCA, ACA). These conferences provide opportunities for scholars to network with Native American/Indigenous researchers and practitioners. Additionally, conferences provide opportunities for scholars to present their scholarship and project experiences.
