SPRING 2022 PROGRAMS STARTING SOON!
The SDSU Literacy Center is happy to offer face-to-face programs on Thursday afternoons this semester, beginning Thursday. February 17 and running through Thursday, April 28 . (We will be closed Thursday, March 31 for SDSU's Spring Break.) Our offerings include one-on-one Community Reading Clinic (CRC) sessions (with very limited spaces available) and virtual literacy support from Pre-College Institute Pathways tutors for children in grades K-8.
Safety precautions, including facial coverings, will be required of all instructors, parents, and children who enter our space - regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status. Please see program dates and details below.

THURSDAY AFTERNOONS AT THE SDSU LITERACY CENTER
One-on-one Community Reading Clinic (CRC) Sessions, Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm, 2/17-4/28 (no classes March 31):
Space in our one-on-one CRC is limited to 6 students this semester. Our fee is $550 for this 10-class session. Financial aid is available on a limited basis. Please sign up with the application posted above.

Write to rise WILL not BE OFFERED face-to-face in spring, 2022. check our website at the beginning of each semester for program updates, including future write to rise offerings.

The SDSU Literacy Center is proud to contract with schools to offer summer or after-school programming! If your school would like to host our "Literacy on the Rise" program, which includes research-based reading and/or writing support, tailored for your TK-12 students, please contact Dr. Sciurba ([email protected]).
Financial Aid
Financial aid forms become available to all parents/guardians after their child(ren)'s acceptance into one of our programs.
