Mathematics/Science Teacher Initiative (MSTI)
The California Subject Examinations for Teachers (CSET) is a subject matter competence requirement that must be fulfilled by all credentialed teachers.
MSTI offers math and science CSET test prep workshops twice a year. Our workshops are open to the public, and free!

About CSET Preparation Classes
Not only are the course and materials free, if you pass your CSET exam, MSTI will reimburse your testing fee!
CSET Prep Courses we currently offer:
- CSET: Multiple Subjects- Math and Science (Test Code 214 / Subtest II)
- CSET: Mathematics- Algebra (Test Code 211 / Subtest I)
- CSET: Mathematics- Geometry (Test Code 212 / Subtest II)
- CSET: Science- Foundational Sciences (Test Code 215 / Subtest I)
Test fee reimbursements are available to participants who have completed a test prep workshop, passed the associated CSET test(s), and can provide score report and proof of payment.
