Bio
Barbara is a social worker by profession, working in Child Welfare and the Adoption field for over 25 years. She is the full-time Program Manager for the Foster, Adoptive and Kinship Care Education program at Grossmont College and a lecturer at San Diego State University. Barbara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has spent her career working with families and children, providing support and assistance to help build upon family strengths and improve parent /child relationships.
