Giving Priorities
Fundraising priorities at SDSU’s College of Education focus on programs that offer growth opportunities for the university, enable donors to impact student learning in unique ways, and respond to trends influencing higher education.
All gifts can be made securely online. Give a one-time amount, set up a re-occurring donation, or make this a tribute gift in honor or memory of a significant someone.
Scholarships empower deserving students by making higher education more accessible, alleviating financial burdens, and allowing them to focus on their studies, reach their full potential, and contribute meaningfully to society.

As an R1 institution, we are poised to contribute even more to the overall success of our diverse student population, and the economic and social well-being of our region and beyond. This fund provides support for students to advance research projects, develop themselves as investigators and make a difference in their respective fields.
The Center for Achieving Black Wellness and Anti-Racist Education (CABWARE) serves as a hub for scholarship, service and professional development that addresses and disrupts anti-Blackness and racism among educators and wellness providers. Your gift will support CABWARE initiatives which may include: Annual Conference Focused on Black Mental Wellness and Education, Professional Development on Teaching Black History, Future Black Teacher Recruitment and San Diego Community Connections for Black Mental Wellness.
Your support helps advance the goals of the Institute in preparing underrepresented and first-generation students for college success. Donations help supplement a wide range of impactful programs—enhancing academic readiness, mentorship, and access to higher education opportunities. Together, we can empower future scholars and leaders.
