Bio
Lemma Salama is a licensed marriage and family therapist and Ph.D. candidate in Business Psychology. She is founder of Desert Rose Trauma Recovery, a community-based nonprofit clinic. Her research interests include therapist job satisfaction, and her clinical interests include trauma, third culture/immigrant identities, career counseling, and nonprofit program design.
