Bio
Sasha (she/her) is a bilingual Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and 2024 CBB alum. Her therapeutic approach draws from emotion-focused, expressive/arts, and somatic therapies. Her background as a Queer-Mexican immigrant informs her interests in navigating identity development, family conflict, intergenerational trauma, attachment, relational challenges, and multicultural experiences.
