Bio
Tanner Wilson joined the College of Education as an academic advisor in 2022, where he is thrilled to help students navigate the path to graduation. The recipient of SDSU’s Outstanding Staff Advisor award in 2025, Tanner’s student-centered approach to advising blends an affirming spirit, analytical mindset, and advocacy to ensure that students have the tools and resources they need to thrive. In addition to his work at SDSU, Tanner currently serves as the International Fifth Vice President - Eligibility Advisor for Mu Phi Epsilon Professional Music Fraternity, and is a staff singer in the San Diego Master Chorale.
