How to Apply

Apply to this program if you already hold a Special Education Mild/ Moderate or Extensive Support Needs Credential and want to add the area of Early Childhood to that credential.

2. Official transcripts due February 15, 2026
 

Steps 1-6: Admission to SDSU

Steps 1-6 must be completed through the SDSU Graduate Admissions Office.

Step 7: Submit the Program application

Within 72 hours of submitting your Cal State Apply application, you will receive an email containing a personalized link to Slate, where you must complete your program application.

Please ensure that all required program-specific documents listed below are prepared in advance and ready to upload to your Slate application.
