CEBER is a research, program evaluation, professional development and technical assistance center at San Diego State University.
CEBER is affiliated with the Department of Dual Language and English Learner Education and operates in concert with International Affairs at San Diego State University.

Message from the Executive Director
CEBER: Advancing Equity Through Policy and Practice
CEBER emphasizes on the role of policy in promoting equity, cultural pluralism and democratic schooling. CEBER’s research associates have been recognized for their regional, state and national leadership in advancing equity and biliteracy policies and practices that serve culturally and linguistically diverse students, families, schools and communities. CEBER extends great appreciation to the local, binational, and international communities, students, families, educators, researchers, advocates, and policy makers we serve for partnering with us in this critical work.
