A Lecture-Discussion Series on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & the International Dimensions of Education
Through this academic-year long series, the College of Education promotes the continued development of a visible culture of intellectual advancement, critical dialogue, and community engagement and activism amongst education students, faculty, staff and other allied service professionals interested in advancing diversity, equity-justice, and inclusion in higher and PK-12 education at local, regional, national, and international levels.
If you are interested in facilitating a Diálogos session, please send the following information to Cecy Beltrán, Dean´s Office Administrative Support Coordinator:
- Name, title, affiliation
- Presentation title (15 words)
- Presentation summary (200 words)
- Relevance to diversity, equity-justice, inclusion and/or the international dimensions of education (50-100 words)
- Intended audience
Diálogos sessions are generally held for 1 hour, including presentation and discussion time. However, other arrangements could be considered depending on the nature and aims of the session proposed (e.g., panel discussions).
